Lead network design and dimensioning for DOCSIS builds and upgrades - service group sizing, spectrum planning and mid/high-split migration, OFDM/OFDMA profile design, capacity modeling, node-split planning.

Design and execute lab qualification, interoperability, field trial and proof-of-concept programs, including formal test plans, acceptance criteria and results reporting.

Translate operator requirements into product requirements, working directly with Product Management and R&D to shape the roadmap based on field reality.

Drive escalated troubleshooting and root cause analysis on live networks, coordinating across customer NOC teams, the T2 and LIFT teams, Harmonic Support and R&D engineering.

Analyze protocol traces, system logs, RF measurements and telemetry to isolate faults across the HFC and optical plant, access layer, transport, provisioning and subscriber management domains.
