Oversee employees and direct operations of the Hearing Center
Conduct hearing evaluations and take ear impressions
Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices
Mentor and train Hearing Aid Apprentices
Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards
Provide high-level member service and resolve concerns
Manage department budget, inventory, and ordering
Perform off-site marketing to increase sales
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
Uphold infection control and hazardous material procedures
