Responsibilities
Lead all onsite shipping and receiving operations
Coordinate delivery schedules, dock access, and material movement
Maintain accurate logs, inventory records, chain-of-custody documentation
Oversee storage, staging, and handling practices for operational materials
Support inventory tracking, supply visibility, and material readiness
Lead site fleet management activities including vehicle readiness
Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable condition
Oversight of campus transportation supporting personnel movements
Manage transportation-related vendor contracts as applicable
Monitor transportation performance to identify inefficiencies
