Lead and continuously improve Nouryon's Enterprise Risk Management framework

Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with senior leaders across functions and regions

Manage the enterprise risk register, monitor mitigation activities, and develop dashboards and executive-level reports

Lead the Business Continuity Management program

Partner with business leaders and risk owners to strengthen risk awareness

Identify opportunities to enhance risk management processes
