Responsibilities
Deliver hiring plans across defined business units
Lead team of 6~ recruiters to identify, engage, and hire Cyber Security talent
Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners including PBPs, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, and Finance
Translate company strategy into actionable goals for the team
Identify and implement process improvements and training opportunities
Perform regular inspection of team's hiring activity analyzing performance against goals, pipeline generation, and quality
Manage and balance team requisition loads ensuring high-quality experiences for managers and candidates
Enhance PANW's reputation as an employer of choice through social media and networking platforms
Partner with finance, HR leaders, and planning teams on medium-to-long term hiring plans
Oversee external recruitment firm and RPO partner relationships
