Lead pre-sales activities including sales presentations, solutioning and scoping workshops

Develop Statement of Work documentation with clear deliverables and effort estimates

Serve as practice director on marquee accounts for security, risk, and OT

Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions following technical standards and leading practices

Establish relationships with product owners and stakeholders to promote Workflow Solutions capabilities

Lead office hours, formal presentations, webinars, and other learning events tailored to field delivery stakeholders

Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials

Enable and mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem

Create documentation and service offerings to help promote services

Work flexibly across Risk and Security areas to maintain utilization KPIs
