Prepare, package and label meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken, and ribs
Follow Costco standards for food preparation and sanitation
Clean and sanitize Service Deli, equipment, and utensils
Maintain a clean work area and perform daily cleaning tasks
Restock and rotate supplies and display cases
Slice vegetables and assemble food items for prepared foods
Operate rotisserie and combi ovens to cook chickens, ribs, and proteins
Harvest and transport chicken meat to blast chiller for use in deli products
Pull and rotate stock from coolers and freezers using carts
Monitor production needs and document daily production and sanitation logs
