Ensure consistent customer satisfaction using KFC Connect Success Routine
Oversee team members' completion of shift tasks and appearance standards
Maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Provide regular feedback to RGM on team performance
Deliver ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to team members
Participate in training new team members
Assist with Profit & Loss management through cash control and inventory
Oversee proper food preparation, portioning, and holding procedures
Support facility maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards
