Responsibilities
Act as the Corporate Services category expert and focal point for Procurement and business stakeholders
Develop and complete category strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business requirements
Lead complex sourcing and contracting projects from strategy development through contract execution
Manage supplier selection processes, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization activities
Build and maintain effective partner and supplier relationships
Identify value creation opportunities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes
Provide category guidance, coaching and support to team members
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote procurement standards
Ensure compliance with procurement governance, policies, applicable regulations, and BP's Code of Conduct
