Responsibilities
Dispense medications safely and accurately following pharmacy workflow procedures
Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
Administer immunizations to patients to support preventive care
Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
Coach and support pharmacy technicians to enhance team performance
Resolve insurance and medication access issues for patients
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy regulations
Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain protection
Support clinical care services such as testing and prescribing where permitted
Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety protocols
