Responsibilities
Dispense medications safely and accurately in compliance with regulations
Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
Administer immunizations to patients to promote preventive care
Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
Coach and support pharmacy technicians to enhance team performance
Resolve insurance and medication access issues for patients
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain integrity
Provide clinical care services such as testing and prescribing where permitted
Ensure accurate prescription labeling and dispensing calculations
