Responsibilities
Lead transport operations across the VIC/TAS supplier store delivery network
Partner with 3PL carriers to ensure service performance and meet operational targets
Act as key escalation point for transport operations including pick-ups, linehaul, and depot activities
Foster safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance through governance and improvement initiatives
Use operational and financial data to identify performance improvements and support decision-making
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations teams to align transport strategies
Drive continuous improvement in linehaul, intrastate, and depot operations
Manage supplier pick-up and store delivery performance
Influence network performance and strategic carrier partnerships
Identify cost-effective and efficient transport solutions
