Responsibilities
Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
Giving warm and friendly greetings and maintaining eye contact with customers
Accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Restocking shelves and managing inventory as directed
Updating pricing information and checking in vendors
Supporting store opening and closing activities when needed
Providing customer support across departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel and working regular shifts in the pharmacy
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
