Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules

Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalogs

Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub

Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management

Support CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and monitoring tool integrations

Develop automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow native capabilities and scripting

Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis

Participate in platform upgrades, patching, testing, and release activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions

Create technical design documents, test cases, and operational documentation
