Manage P3 and above identity operations, including lifecycle management and onboarding.

Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Configure and enforce IAM policies across applications and infrastructure.

Perform Single Sign-On (SSO) and provisioning integrations for enterprise applications.

Design and enhance Okta architecture, including custom workflows, connectors, and integrations.

Collaborate with vendors for complex issue resolution, upgrades, patching, and optimization.

Monitor and troubleshoot IGA workflows and customize IGA/PAM connectors.

Execute access certification campaigns and manage new certifications.

Conduct security hardening, compliance checks, and remediation of Okta vulnerabilities.

Handle P5 service requests and advanced application access beyond L1 scope.

Generate reports on demand and perform audit and anomaly detection (e.g., PAM session logs).

Lead incident/problem management, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
