Support pre cruise guest service experience team by responding to requests efficiently
Accurately assess guest needs and add personal recommendations for maximum satisfaction
Store and share customer information for personalized service recognition
Ensure integrity of local database and support Private Yacht Consultant team
Assist guests during pre-sailing preparations and coordinate handover with onboard Concierge
Work with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) or shore providers to customize experiences
Show adaptability to change touring arrangements based on guest preferences
