Refund & Payment Policy

All purchases made on JobsWorldwide.ai, including the Starter, Pro, Premium and Yearly plans, any future plans, and any add-on credit packs, are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a plan or credit pack you acknowledge and agree that the payment is final. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Accidental purchases.
• Failure to use the service, or unused exports, credits or features.
• Dissatisfaction with the service or its features.
• Ending your use of a plan before its validity period is over.

Paid plans are one-time purchases that stay active for the validity period shown on the plan card at checkout. They do not renew automatically and we never charge you again without you choosing to buy again, so there is nothing to cancel. When the validity period ends your account returns to the Free plan. Unused time on a plan is not prorated or refunded.

Credit packs and top-ups are non-refundable after purchase, whether or not the credits have been used.

Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay and can be made by card, UPI or net banking where available. We never see or store your card details. Prices may exclude GST, VAT or other taxes that apply in your location; any tax is shown at checkout.

If money left your account but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, write to us with the payment ID or a screenshot of the receipt and we will look into it. A confirmed duplicate charge or billing error is corrected.

Refunds are only considered where required by applicable law, or where JobsWorldwide.ai determines, at its sole discretion, that a billing error or duplicate charge occurred.
