Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide — during sign-up, in your profile, or on a job listing you post — is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

• You can sign up with an email and password, or with Google Sign-In. However you sign up, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You're responsible for keeping your profile — resume, work history, contact details, and any documents you upload — accurate and up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. This permanently removes your account and profile data; it does not withdraw applications already sent to an employer or recall a listing already shared elsewhere.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or poses a security risk to the Service or other users.

JobsWorldwide.ai brings together job listings from many sources: employers, staffing agencies, and third-party job boards and platforms. We do not create most of these listings ourselves, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, still open, or free of errors introduced by the originating source.

• Clicking "Apply" on a job typically takes you to the original employer's or job board's own application page — a third-party site we don't control and aren't responsible for. Review that site's own terms and privacy policy before applying.
• We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, the hiring process, interview, offer, or employment relationship between you and any employer or agency listed on the Service.
• Salary ranges, locations, remote/hybrid/onsite designations, and experience-level labels shown on a listing are as provided or extracted from the source and may not always be current — always confirm details with the employer directly.
• If you believe a listing is fraudulent, expired, or misrepresented, contact us using the details below so we can review it.

If you post a job listing or search resumes as an employer or agency, you're responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for complying with applicable employment and advertising laws in the locations where the role is offered. We may remove a listing at any time if it violates these Terms, is reported as fraudulent or discriminatory, or is no longer active.

You agree not to:

• Post or upload content that is false, fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract job listings or user data from the Service.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security or abuse-prevention measures.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications to other users.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any employer.

The Service links to and integrates with third-party tools we don't operate — for example, Resumio.ai for AI resume building, and Google for sign-in. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

The Service's design, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Job listings, employer names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of the profile content and documents you upload, and grant us a license to use them solely to operate the Service — for example, showing your application to an employer you apply to.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job listing will result in an interview, offer, or hire.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobsWorldwide.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on a job listing sourced from a third party or any dispute between you and an employer, agency, or other user.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobsWorldwide.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local law gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
